The firm will negotiate a completed design, restoration and contracting agreement, and if desired by the client, will include a maintenance program. Bornor Restoration, Inc. will make inspections of the buildings and/or structures required to prepare proposals recommending repairs, replacements, methods, materials, and estimated cost. Bornor Restoration, Inc. is an approved applicator for Sika Corporation, Hydrozo/Jeene, Watson-Bowman, Neogard Corporation, Carlisle SynTec Systems, and numerous other manufacturers of roofing, masonry, concrete and waterproofing restoration products.
